A total of 80 students from III B.Com Cooperation, M.Com Cooperation and staff members attended the meeting.

Viswanathan, HOD of Tamil of our college delivered a special address on “Manavargal Ethirkollum savaalgalum vetriperum Valigalum”. - Department of Cooperation organized a One day State Level Inter-Collegiate students Meet Royal Coop – 2016 on “Sharing the Outcomes Together” on 29.07.2016. Swami Garishthananda, presided over the function. Mr. P. Loganathan, Joint Registrar / Managing Director, District Central Cooperative Bank, Coimbatore delivered the Keynote address. 336 students from twelve colleges and 167 students from our Cooperation department participated in the programme.
- University Grants Commission, Hyderabad has approved Financial assistance of Rs. 2,00,000/-to conduct International Conference Entitled “Cooperative Enterprises for a sustainable – Growth and Employment by the Management” in the department of Cooperation.
- The Department of Cooperation conducted an Association meeting on 13.03.2017. Mr. R. Suresh, Managing Director/Cooperative Sub-Registrar, The Coimbatore District Cooperative Union, Coimbatore delivered a special address on “Growth and Sustainable Development through Cooperatives. A total of 100 I, II M.Com Cooperative Management, III B.Com Cooperation students and staff members attended the meeting.
