Diamond Jubilee Block
The Diamond Jubilee Block of our College established with the financial support of Dr. K. Shanmugavelayutham, Alumnus of the Department of Social Work (1975 – 1977 batch) was inaugurated by Rev. Swami Raghaveshanandaji Maharaj, Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Math, Ooty on 20.05.2023. Dr. K. Kandappan, Dean, Student Support Services of the College, briefed the audience on the total budget (1.16 crores) and the usage of the new building. A book “Social Worker Valluvar” written by Dr. K. Shanmugavelayutham was released by Rev. Swami Raghaveshanandaji Maharaj. Swami Garishthananda, Secretary of Vidyalaya Institutions, Swami Nirmaleshananda, Secretary of the College, Dr. A. Muthusamy, Principal of the College, Heads of the various institutions of Vidyalaya, Faculty members and students participated in the function.

- The Boomi Pooja for a New Building at Unaided wing was performed on 13.07.2022. The ceremonial process was performed by Swami Bhavarupanandaji Maharaj, Senior Monk of Ramakrishna Order. Swami Garishthananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Swami Nirmaleshananda, Secretary of the College along with the Monastic Members, The Principal, The Director, The Dean (Student Support Services), Head of the Institutions of Vidyalaya, Head of the Departments of the College, faculty members were participated in the function.
