MIRSCI 2022
A Miracle Science Exhibition (MIRSCI – 22) – Peer Tutoring cum Hands-on training was organized by our College of Arts and Science on 19, 20 and 21 October 2022 for the school students in and around Coimbatore. Mr. S. Parthiban, Regional Joint Director, Cooperative Department, Coimbatore Region inaugurated the exhibition on 19.10.2022 at Mini Auditorium of our College. Swami Nirmaleshananda, Secretary of our College,and Dr. R. Thangavel, Principal of the College presided over the inaugural function.
The departments of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, English, Computer Science, Cooperation, Tamil, Physical Education, Social Work, Computer Science Stream and Commerce Stream displayed important concepts in the exhibition that were based on syllabi of the school education from 9th to 12th standard.
In addition to that, awareness video about importance of eating quality food for today’s student community was displayed through the Department of Tamil.
Totally 3011 students from twelve schools in and around Coimbatore district and the students of Vidyalaya institutions participated and got benefited out of the exhibition. The participants invariably appreciated the efforts taken by the students to bring out their ideas as working models. They also praised the organizing committee and suggested to organise this type programme also in future.
