Sample Submission Procedure

  1. Samples have to be submitted for analysis along with duly filled work order form. The form must contain applicant’s correct official address with pin code, contact number and email ID. Click here to download form.
  2. If multiple analysis is required, separate sample and work order form have to be submitted.
  3. Samples must be submitted in air tight containers.
  4. Results will be despatched through email. Result will be sent through speed post only on request with the payment of an additional amount Rs. 100/-. Despatch address has to be provided in the work order form.
  5. The details of the sample such as ingredients, presence of halogens, nitrates, amino group, hydrazine and solvents used for preparation have to be mentioned in the work order form. Samples submitted without these details will not be taken for analysis.
  6. Service Tax is applicable to all the users and is calculated as per the current rate of 15 %.
  7. The payment for analysis has be made in advance either as cash or DD. The demand draft must be drawn in favour of “Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya” payable at Coimbatore.
